A successful potato growing operation in California and
Oregon was expanding it's operations into southern Monterey
County near San Ardo, California. Rain for Rent's Salinas
branch was approached to design the irrigation needed for
the new acreage.
The Salinas branch was charged with supplying 18,000 joints
of lateral pipe, plus mainline and fittings, and have it
all operational within four working days.
